Made of white cotton, zip-up collar, large "EP" stitched in black on left breast; included with a 1991 letter reading in part "Elvis is featured on the cover of Life Magazine wearing this shirt, also he is shown in a movie "Tribute to Elvis" wearing this shirt while playing football...Maudie Hayes" [wife of "Doc" Hayes, Vernon Presley's business partner].
