Elvis Presley Rubellite Ring, 1970s. A large synthetic "baguette cut" ruby in a simple 9K gold setting, size 10; included with a COA from Joe Esposito reading in part "This 20 carat red rubellite ring worn by Elvis in the early 1970s (was) later given to girlfriend Linda Thompson;" another included COA from a Lee Ramstead reads in part "...this ring...had been acquired from a jewelry store in Beverly Hills (where) Ms. Thompson decided to sell most of the jewelry that Elvis had given her."
