Description

Elvis Presley Owned and Worn White Pants (Lansky's, late 1960s). As Elvis' first cousin Harold Loyd puts it, "I've worked the grounds of Graceland for as long as I can remember." As Graceland's gatekeeper, Loyd may have met more fans of Elvis than anyone else over the decades just monitoring who was going in and out of the Memphis mansion. To many, he was as close as they could get to meeting the King. About the pants offered here, Loyd relates, "These white pants with no belt loop Elvis bought at Lasky's here in Memphis. Elvis loved white. I saw Elvis wear these many times. I received these one day when Elvis was having one of his boys clear out the closet."
