Elvis Presley Owned and Worn Motorcycle Belt, circa 1950s. Elvis loved motorcycles and rode them throughout his life. He also loved the look of motorcycle gear and would often wear motorcycle belts as part of his riding ensembles. This one likely dates to the 1950s, it is a size 32 waist in thick black leather with three straps and three silver buckles. The sides and back of the belt are lined with silver metal studs on the top and bottom, and there is a wing and star logo embossed on the back. In Fair condition with lots of wear marks, scuffs, and loss of color at the straps. One stud missing from the bottom row. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Bill Place, who acquired the belt from a Memphis Salvation Army store after Vernon Presley had made a donation of Elvis' clothing, and a letter from Joseph Kerata, who authenticated the item and later purchased it from Mr. Price. From the Oshei Family Collection.
