DescriptionElvis Presley Gifted Jacket to Dore Freeman (c. 1966). Dore Freeman was a publicist at MGM Studios for 55 years, renowned as having accumulated possibly the largest collection of photo memorabilia of a single star - 20,000 still photos of Joan Crawford! But his collection also included memorabilia associated with other icons, including Elvis, whom he befriended during the filming of Presley's 22nd movie, Spinout in 1966, prompting Elvis giving Dore this "E" and "P" monogrammed denim jacket. It's in Very Fine condition, showing little wear. Missing 2 buttons on right cuff. LOA from the Estate of Dore Freeman. From the Oshei Family Collection.
