Ed Hill's Yellow Suit, Worn Onstage with Elvis. Bright yellow pants, vest, and jacket with yellow silk trim and black beading, owned by Ed Hill of the Stamps and worn onstage by him while performing with Elvis. In 1971, Presley invited Sumner and his gospel group the Stamps to tour with him, and the group became a fixture on Presley's tours, up to and including his last concert in 1977. The Stamps also appeared on many of Presley's studio recordings during the last years of his life. Fondly referred to within the Stamps as the "Big Bird" costume, the suit is in Very Fine condition, with some very mild soiling and tearing to the jacket lining near the collar. From the J. D. Sumner Estate. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Shirley Sumner Enoch.
