Black rayon, floor-length, sleeveless, rhinestone-encrusted V-neckline, label reads "Sondro / Inverrary / Gait Ocean Mile / Ft. Lauderdale;" together with a matching jacket, same label; worn by the singer when she was presented with the award in a ceremony that took place in Miami, Florida March 28, 1998; included with a color image showing CF wearing the dress.
    Included with a 'Certificate of Authenticity' hand-signed by Connie Francis.
