    Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Dave Clark 5, The Kinks and The Moody Blues Handbill (US, 1965). 5.5" x 8.5". Black ink on goldenrod paper. A rare handbill for New York performances of British invasion bands dating from 1965. Acts include a Shindig! traveling show, spin off from the popular TV series and starring Gerry and the Pacemakers; the Rolling Stones; the Dave Clark Five; a twin bill featuring the Kinks and the Moody Blues; the First Annual New York Folk Festival starring Phil Ochs and Chuck Berry; and oh, by the way, the Beatles at Shea Stadium -- the listing for the Fab Fours' now-legendary August 15, 1965 concert is buried at the bottom of the handbill. With two smoothed mechanical folds, as originally mailed. Otherwise bright and in Excellent condition.
