Their second album, reached Number One in the US; hit singles include "Shout" and "Everybody Wants to Rule the World." According to the plaque beneath the platinum disc, this award was "Presented to Ralph Carroll to Commemorate Sales in Excess of 1,000,000 Copies of the Polygram Records Long-Playing Record Album 'Tears for Fears' [sic]". Framed in an antique silver finish to an overall 17" x 21". Numerous scratches on frame and glass, Very Good. From Bob's "Rockin' Texas" Collection.
