Includes: 1) An award for the founding keyboardist of Steppenwolf, John Goadsby, nicknamed Goldy McJohn. According to the plaque below the disc, "Presented To / Goldie McJohn / To Commemorate the Sale of More Than / One Million Dollars Worth of the / Dunhill Records / Long-Playing Record Album / 'Live Steppenwolf'." Measures 17.5" x 21.5". Glass cover. In Good condition with significant fading on the mini-album cover, and nicks and chips on the frame and scratches on record; 2) Eight items, including set lists, notes, and song lyrics; 3) A 5" x 7" picture collage of Goldy and a 8" x 10" print of him in front of his gold records. This marks the first time a gold sales award from an original founding member of Steppenwolf has been available, anywhere. COAs from Sonja Goadsby and Jason Martin and Heritage Auctions.
