Description

Rod McKuen Oscar Nomination Certificate And Carl Sandburg Award (1970/1978). As a songwriter, Rod McKuen's works were performed by some of the biggest names in the history of popular music, from Country greats Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings, to Barbara Streisand and even Ol' Blue Eyes himself, Frank Sinatra, leading to his songs selling over 100 million records worldwide. As a poet, he was one of the greatest of the 60s. This pair of awards celebrate his massive achievements in both fields. Measuring 12" across x 6" high, it is also in Fine condition. Property from the Estate of Rod McKuen.
