    Description

    Oliver "Jean" RIAA White Matte Gold Record Sales Award (Crewe 334, 1969). Written by Rod McKuen, Oliver's take on "Jean" reached number three on the Billboard charts in 1969. According to the plaque beneath the gold disc, this award was presented to Vito Samela in honor of over one million sales. Framed in wood to 13" x 17", in Fine condition, with some scratching and gouging to the frame, and the glass replaced with acrylic. Original matte was replaced new white matte.
