A sales award for Megadeth's blockbuster album from 1992, presented to the president of Capitol Records at the time. According to the plaque below the cassette, "Presented To / Hale Milgrim / To Commemorate the Sale of More Than / 1,000,000 Copies of the / Capitol Records, Inc. / Cassette and C.D. / 'Countdown to Extinction'."
