    Guns N' Roses Appetite for Destruction RIAA Platinum Sales Award. (Geffen GHS 24148). The explosive debut album from the anti-hair metal legends. According to the plaque beneath the platinum disc and cassette, the award was "Presented to Howard Johnson to Commemorate The Sale of More Than 1,000,000 Copies of the Geffen Records Album and Cassette 'Appetite for Destruction'." Framed in wood with black trim to 17" x 21". Platinum disc and cassette are in Fine condition. Small album cover has faded. Some scratching to the frame, mostly at the top. COA from Heritage Auctions.
