For the Goo Goo Dolls' last studio album with George Tutuska, which includes one of their first hits, 'Name.' According to the plaque, "Presented To FMQB To Commemorate the Sale of More Than 2,000,000 Copies of the Warner Bros. Records Album, Cassette and C.D.' A Boy Named Goo'." Measures 17" x 21 ¼".
