    Dixie Chicks Wide Open Spaces RIAA Hologram Gold Sales Award and Letter (1998).
    In 1998, the year Wide Open Spaces was released, the Dixie Chicks sold more CDs than all other country music groups combined. This framed award features an RIAA hologram along with a typed letter with printed signatures by Natalie Maines, Emily Robison, and Martie Maguire, thanking radio station WXXQ for their support of the group. According to the plaque in the bottom right hand corner, "Presented to / WXXQ / To Commemorate Your Efforts / In Support of the RIAA Certified / Gold Sales of More Than / 500,000 Copies of the / Monument Records / Cassette and C.D. / Wide Open Spaces." Framed and matted to an overall 17" x 17.5". In Very Good condition with fading on the album cover and the letter. COA from Heritage Auctions.
