Description
Bruce Springsteen Darkness At the Edge Of Town RIAA Gold Award, 1978. Bruce Springsteen's Darkness at the Edge of Town sold more than 500,000 copies, earning him this gold award in 1978 and hitting number five on the US Billboard Chart. It produced three great singles: "Prove It All Night", "Badlands" and "The Promised Land".The text on the gold record plaque reads: "Presented to Columbia Records to commemorate the sale of more than 500,000 copies of the Columbia Records album, cassette, and CD Darkness At The Edge Of Town.
The plaque measures 17" x 20 3/4" and is in Very Good condition with a small tear in backing paper, and some minor scratches on the frame and plexiglass. COA from Heritage Auctions.
