According to the plaque in the bottom center portion, "Presented To / Bob Dylan / To Commemorate the Sale of More Than / 1,000,000 Copies of the / Columbia Records / Long-Playing Record Album / 'Slow Train Coming'." Measures 16 ¾" x 20 ¾". In Very Good Plus condition with some bending on the disc, minor tearing on the backing paper, and light scuffing/chipping on the clear protective cover.
