Billy Swan "I Can Help" White Matte RIAA Gold Sales Award (Monument, 1974). A gold sales award in the days long before the platinum status was around. According to the plaque below the disc, "Presented To / Bud O'Shea / To Commemorate the Sale of More Than / One Million Copies of the / Monument Records / Single Record / 'I Can Help.'" Measures 13" x 17". In Very Good Minus condition with a lot of chipping on the frame, and soiling in the bottom left corner of the matte. Backing paper has tears and there is scratching on the frame.
