Babyface Tender Lover Signed RIAA Double-Platinum Album Award (Solar 45288, 1989). An incredibly cool piece, this magnificently-framed award features a 4" x 6" photo of the R&B legend, autographed by him "Thanks Michaelle/ God Bless U/ Face" in gold paint, with a plaque below the photo inscribed "Presented to Michaelle Johnson to Commemorate the Sale of More Than 2,000,000 Copies of the Solar/Epic Records Album, Cassette and C.D. 'Tender Lover'". Framed in red to an overall 24.5" x 26.75". In Fine condition, with a few scrapes to the frame. Also included with this lot is a black-and-white photograph of Johnson and others with Babyface, matted and framed to an overall 20" x 16". COA from Heritage Auctions.Auction Info
