1910 Fruitgum Co. "Indian Giver" White Matte RIAA Gold Sales Award. A gold sales award for the 1910 Fruitgum Company's hit single from 1969 (which the Ramones and Joan Jett later covered), presented to a music executive. According to the plaque in the bottom center portion, "Presented To / Cecil Holmes / To Commemorate the Sale of More Than / One Million Copies of the / Buddah Records / Pop Single Record / 'Indian Giver.'" Matted and framed to an overall 13" x 17". In Very Good condition with various chippings on wood frame, wear on the disc, the record label is peeling off, and there are large strips of tape on the backing. COA from Heritage Auctions.
