    Description

    Woody Guthrie Handwritten Letter. A single-page letter on lined notebook paper, undated, handwritten and signed by Guthrie in black ink. The letter is addressed to Cyrus Adler and discusses the possibility of appearing on George Wilhelm's Folk music-themed show on radio station KGIL in Los Angeles. The letter has been attached to a larger sheet of heavy-stock paper by adhesive labels affixed to the top left and lower right corners, and is in overall Fine to Very Fine condition with some mild toning, edge wear, fold creases, and a tape residue stain to the reverse that is visible through the front. Accompanied by James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
