    Description

    Stevie Ray Vaughan Signed Photo With Guitar Strap. Matted and framed to an amazing oversized 39" x 57 ½" with a poster and a plaque, this lot has two incredible items: a guitar strap belonged to the blues guitar legend and a double-signed black and white photo. Includes: 1) The black-colored strap was given as a gift to an employee at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis. Measures 46 ½" in length. Appears to be in Very Good Plus condition with some slight wear. Has "Pick Pocket / Silver-Eagle Design" printed; 2) Portrait is signed by SRV (and inscribed "89") with a thin silver felt tip. Photographer W.A. Williams signed it below SRV's signature with a thicker silver felt tip. Appears to be in Very Good Plus condition with scuffing in the bottom right corner. Placed together in this Very Good Plus frame (with some chipping, scratches, and smudges, with tears on the backing paper), this is an incredible tribute to the guitar hero. Comes with handwritten LOA from Peabody Hotel employee on the hotel's stationary. COA from Heritage Auctions.
