Paul McCartney Signed "Catalogue Sales Agreement" between MPL and Capitol Records (1985), with Caiazzo LOA. A sixteen page (single-sided) document (of nineteen numbered pages) on 8.5" x 11" paper with file holes at top. A contract numbered #7060C and dated October 23, 1985, between MPL Communications Limited (McCartney's company) and the Distributions Division of Capitol Records for the exclusive distribution of Paul's solo records in the United States. He has signed "P McCartney" in blue ballpoint on page 16 as Director with his brother-in-law John Eastman also signing as Vice President for MPL. Signing for Capitol Records is Bhaskar Menon as Chief Executive Officer. Each page is initialed by Eastman and one other and there are a couple of handwritten addendums. A rare and important document involving McCartney's extensive and popular post-Beatles catalogue. Very Fine. Auction COA From PSA/DNA. COA From Frank Caiazzo. COA from Heritage Auctions.
