    Description

    Michael Jackson Signed Personal Red Leather "Beat It" Jacket Worn at Madison Square Garden During His Bad Tour (1988). Original bespoke, instantly recognizable, red leather jacket embellished and ornamented with numerous zippers and fine chain mail links at the shoulders. Gifted to the son of Ron Alexenburg, Jackson has signed the back of the jacket in black felt tip pen, "To Ari, Love, Michael Jackson, 1988." The interior "M. Park" bias label is marked "M. Alexenburg" in black ink. Size 40. Measures 21" from armpit to armpit, and 23" sleeve. Exhibits minor concert wear. In Very Good Plus condition. Provenance: Julian's Auctions.
