Jazz Legends Assorted Signed Items. Includes a contract dated May 24, 1956, signed by Hampton Hawes; a contract dated July 26, 1956, and signed in Max Roach's name by his agent, plus an undated IOU for $100 and a personal check for $1,100 dated September 15, 1956, both signed by Roach; and two contracts dated March 29 and May 31, 1956 with stamped signatures for James Moody. All are for engagements at the Blue Note. Items are in overall Fine to Very Fine condition with some instances of wear, tanning, creasing, and/or areas of mild discoloration.
