Buddy Holly & The Crickets Signed Checks, Including Niki Sullivan. A set of five business checks dating from December 21, 1957 to May 14, 1958, each signed by manager Norman Petty with one each endorsed on the reverse by Holly, Jerry Allison, Joe Mauldin, and Niki Sullivan (the fifth check is written to Petty, with a secretarial signature for him on the reverse). Sullivan was one of the original members of the Crickets, co-writing and lending backing vocals to a number of their songs, but left the band in early 1958; his autograph on Crickets-related items and documents is very rare, making this set of signatures quite special. In overall Very Fine to Excellent condition with the usual cancellation marks. Accompanied by James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
