A one page printed letter to Selmur authorizing them to make payments of moneys owed Epstein to General Artists Corporation (a talent booking organization). This is likely related to the Beatles appearance on the fourth episode of Shindig!, October 7, 1964, where they performed "Kansas City," "I'm a Loser," and "Boys."
