    Description

Beatles Ringo Starr Signed Document, 1967. Spring 1967 found the Beatles hard at work on what would be their most ambitious LP to date, Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. After spending nearly four years on a breakneck schedule of touring and personal appearances, they consciously altered their pace, allowing them more time to focus on recording and other activities. Ringo may have been focusing on home projects, as this set of documents dating to March and April from a Surrey retail establishment show that a few hardware-store type items were billed to a Mr. Richard Starkey of Sunny Heights. Upon receipt of the statement, Ringo signed off for payment - his signature "R Starkey" in bold purple felt pen at the statement's bottom. In Excellent condition and measuring 7.5" x 8.5", with a smaller bill of goods from Nicholson's still stapled to the back. COA from Frank Caiazzo. COA from Heritage Auctions.
