    Description

    Beatles Related - John Lennon Signed "Honey Pie" Agreement. A two-page document dated October 15, 1968, granting Maclen Music Limited publishing rights for the music to the 1968 Beatles song "Honey Pie", signed on the second page by John Lennon in black ink. The song appeared on the band's 1968 "White Album", and although credited to Lennon and Paul McCartney it was written entirely by the latter. Maclen was the U.S. arm of Northern Music, the company founded in 1963 by music publisher Dick James, band manager Brian Epstein, and the Beatles to publish songs written by Lennon and McCartney. A great item featuring a rare signature from Lennon, made even more desirable by its presence on an official Beatles business document. The document is in Excellent condition, matted and framed along with a color 7" x 7" photo to an overall size of 30" x 39". Accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
