Beatles John Lennon and Ringo Starr Signed American Express Card Application Form, 1969. Partially filled out likely in a secretary's hand, noting Ringo's real name of "Richard Starkey" and his address of "Apple Records Inc." in "N.Y.C.," signed by Starr on the lower margin in black ballpoint ink "R. Starkey," further signed in black felt-tip ink by the one responsible for the 'Company Account Authorization,' "John Lennon;" a stamp on the form indicates "Card Issued." (Please note there is tape holding the form together that is only evident from the back and there is slight staining throughout but the signatures are not affected.) COA from Heritage Auctions.
