Beatles John Lennon and George Harrison Signed American Express Application Form, 1969. Partially filled out likely in a secretary's hand, noting George's address of "Apple Records Inc." in "N.Y.C.," signed by Harrison in black ballpoint ink on the lower margin "George Harrison," further signed in black felt-tip ink by the one responsible for the 'Company Account Authorization,' "John Lennon;" a stamp on the form indicates "Card Issued." (Please note there is tape holding the form together that is only evident from the back and there is slight staining throughout but the signatures are not affected.) COA from Heritage Auctions.
