Model number TA34, signed in person by countless stars at a charity event, sticker on back relating to event reads "With a little help from his friends / Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young / Don Henley / Desert Rose Band / Dallas Taylor / Avocado;" signed in black felt tip ink on both front and back by stars including (in alphabetical order): Drew Barrymore, Gary Busey, Sammy Hagar, Don Henley, Peter Horton, Joanne Whalley Kilmer, Val Kilmer, Kris Kristofferson, Graham Nash, Jack Nicholson, Edward James Olmos, Steve Perry, Sly Stone, Dallas Taylor, Timothy B. Schmit, and Joe Vitale, among a few others (some signatures illegible).
