Vintage original scrapbook of gelatin silver photographs on single and double-weight paper ranging in size from 5" x 5" to 10.75" x 13.25" assembled by O'Brien himself in a 13.5" x 18.5". 19-page scrapbook. Inscribed by O'Brien on the interior first page, "The Giant Behemoth Scrap Book, Pete Peterson, Eugene Lurier."
Pete Peterson was an animator credited on O'Brien's The Black Scorpion (1957). Exhibiting expected age, wear and handling. The scrapbook pages are brittle and some tipped in photos are loose or detached. The back of the scrapbook is detached. Adhesive remnants present. COA from Heritage Auctions.
