(Warner Bros., 2005) This incredible Victorian gothic set is the Van Dort family mansion, seen in the opening scenes of the film where Victor runs out of the front door and jumps into the carriage. This substantial, highly detailed set is constructed of a timber frame, plywood and particleboard walls, covered with textured polyfoam and with hand-applied detailing, including the sculpted polyfoam fish at the entrance. This large set measures 128 in. long x 95 in. tall x 60 in. wide and includes additional front steps and right wing. Also comes with an interior panel that measures approx. 48 x 60 in.
