Batman Working Batmobile Dashboard with Original Box B (Remco, 1966). This rare Remco Batman Batmobile Dashboard comes with the original box and is nearly complete, only missing the key. It is untested, but is intended to have working features including the windshield wiper, horn, and directionals. It measures 13" by 10" by 5" and is made of plastic with a cardboard backing. It also includes a pink paper driver's license application with a map of the US on back. It was first designed by Remco as the "Firebird 99" car dashboard and then later used for the Green Hornet's Black Beauty, spaceship control for Land of the Giants, and the Batmobile. The windshield has a Batman sticker and Batman logos adorn the battery and fuel gauges. Additional yellow paper stickers form the background of the dashboard and a small cardboard panel sits below the steering wheel. The dashboard is in great condition with all stickers present. The left hinge pin on the glove compartment is broken so the cover is held on with tape. In the back, the carboard backing is pushed in on the left bottom corner and some of the tabs holding it on are broken off, however the 2 remaining tabs hold the backing on firmly. The box is solid but shows discoloration from age. The color graphic sticker on front is torn across the right bottom corner. There are creases and dents but the box is difficult to find in any condition.
