Description
Batman Captain Action Outfit and Accessories in Original Box (Ideal, 1966). This US version of the Batman outfit and accessory set for Captain Action was released by Ideal in 1966. It was one of many kits available to outfit one of the original action figures to the market. In addition to the Batsuit and cowl, the accessories include a Batarang, grappling hook, bat rope reel, and utility belt. The box in excellent condition with mostly good cellophane except over the bat rope reel where it has poked through. Tape has dried and fallen off. and there is a small crease and tear near the head. The bottom of the box has some small light creases and a small Batsymbol sticker with Japanese writing. The boots have come loose in the box. There is also some paint some peeling on the masked part of the face.Auction Info
