Starfleet Hero Illuminating Assault Phaser from Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (Paramount, 1991). Vintage original hero phaser prop constructed of cast resin body, tooled aluminum muzzle and back portion, and multimedia components, expertly assembled and studio finished to appear as a futuristic weapon. The upper body features a sliding vented hood that reveals internal electronics, including wiring and battery to operate 1-LED lighting element found in the muzzle and 1-in the upper back portion of the prop. Measuring 10" x 8" x 2." Electronics present and working. Exhibiting production wear and age with oxidized magnesium Starfleet identification tag at bottom of removable power pack protruding from bottom of grip. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
