    Description

    Original The Munsters "Frankenstein" Electrical Switch Plate from the "1313 Mockingbird Lane" Set (CBS, 1964-1966). Vintage original set piece from the infamous home of The Munsters. Visible in "Grandpa Munster's" lab with other theatrical gadgets. The 9.25" x 4.75" x 2" electrical switch prop is constructed of copper, wood, brass and ceramics. The handle/lever switch toggles and locks into clasps. Contacts are screwed into 3-of 4-corners of the switch plate. A terrific example of the detailed set decoration and Frankensteinian tech, much of it provided by the legendary Kenneth Strickfadden, to be found on The Munsters soundstage. Exhibiting age, expected patina and production use. In vintage Very Good condition. COA from Heritage Auctions.
