Description

Kenneth Strickfaden Oscillosynchroscope with Frankenstein Monster Sketch. From Kenneth Strickfaden's personal mad laboratory comes this Oscillosynchroscope -- complete with Strickfaden's own sketch of Frankenstein's Monster! Produced by Browning Laboratories of Winchester, Mass., this 20" x 29" hulk of black machinery bears a voltage reader, and dials with such names as "Trigger Rate," "Calibrate" and "Intensifier" -- but its real distinction if the 5.5" in diameter ink sketch on yellow paper of the Monster. It was, of course, Strickfaden who really pulled the switch in the creation scene of 1931's Frankenstein, and who actually designed and operated the laboratory equipment in all the Universal sequels. Combination of vintage prop and Monster sketch makes this a hallowed piece for classic horror disciples. Excellent condition. From the Kenneth Strickfaden Archive. Requires third party shipping.
