Description

Independence Day (TCF, 1996), Alien "Roswell Harvester" Body Components. Original alien body prop featuring a metal armature covered in a layer of foam rubber with an outer sculpt made of amber silicone rubber gel. The prop is separated into (5) pieces including (1) alien head (measuring 19" x 20"), (2) leg components (measuring approx. 28"- 31" long), (1) torso (measuring 17" x 9") with arm component (measuring approx. 26" long), (1) half torso and arm component (measuring 22" long). This prop was one of the "Freak Show" aliens that crash landed in Roswell, New Mexico and kept in preservation tubes. The prop, though complete, consists of the (5) torn pieces. The pieces exhibit production wear and major silicone tearing, cracking, deterioration, and discoloration. There are also small nicks and cuts in the gel. Obtained from Twentieth Century Fox. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
