House Atreides Static Pistol with Belt, Holster and Personal Shield Generator from Dune (De Laurentiis, 1984). Set of (3) futuristic military props from the classic David Lynch adaptation of Dune, including (1) pistol hand prop composed of solid cast resin, painted gold and studio-antiqued to appear aged and worn and measuring 7.25" x 4" x 1", (1) brown leather belt with metal-studded bands and metal double-slider belt buckle with matching, fitted leather holster made to the shape of the pistol and with snap-band for the grip, and (1) personal shield generator consisting of a 5" x 4" solid, cast resin unit with sculptural gear wheel teeth, concave disc on the face, and gold and silver elastic 4" cords attached to a 1.75" metal clip and embedded 26 in. brown twisted cord tether. Exhibiting age, production wear with missing pistol barrel and some missing side detailing. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions. From the Collection of Greg Jein.
