Guardians of the Galaxy (Marvel, 2014), Nova Corps Helmet. Original gray, silver, and red polyurethane helmet with canvas chin strap and futuristic chin guard, worn by members of the Nova Corps in James Gunn's first Guardians of the Galaxy film. Helmets like this one appear near the end of the movie, as members of the Nova Corps thank the newly formed Guardians of the Galaxy for defending their home planet, Xandar, from the attacking Kree forces. Measures approx. 9" x 8" x 9.5" and exhibits scuffing to the helmet's surface, the strap has also separated from one side of the helmet. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
