Greta Garbo's Personal Steamer Trunk. Vintage original Hartmann "Pathfinder" leather wardrobe trunk with studded brass corners, a turntable for easy access at its base when positioned upright, and 2-locked and double-latched doors that swing open on the sides. One side is designed for hanging garments and includes original hangers, while the other side houses drawers. The inside of the closet side door features the actresses' initials, "G.G." and includes three Yale lock keys. Measures approx. 40" x 32" x 21". The trunk is paired with a 12.5" x 9.5" black and white photo of Greta Garbo and Sydney Guilaroff, a renowned hairstylist during Hollywood's Golden Age. The rear of the image reads "Sydney Guilaroff, 1941" in handwritten script. Displays wear and age, with more damage to the exterior of the trunk. The photograph exhibits some creasing at its edges.
