Carlito's Way (Universal, 1993), Sean Penn "David Kleinfeld" Hero Snub-Nosed Smith & Wesson Model 64 Pistol. Original nickel-plated metal .38 Special snub-nosed Smith & Wesson Model 64 hero prop with pearl grips. Manufacturing engravings read, "Smith and Wesson," on the left side of the barrel, and ".38 S.&W. SPL," on the right side. The S&W logo is engraved on the left side of the frame, with the right-side reading, "Made in U.S.A. / Marcas Registradas / Smith & Wesson / Springfield. Mass." Serial # "AWZ5104" is engraved on the butt of the pistol grip. The .38 pistol is the personal weapon used by David Kleinfeld (Sean Penn) throughout the gangster film. Firearm has been deactivated with no actuating parts. Measures 9.5" long. Exhibits general production wear and age to the finish.
