An Errol Flynn and Gene Kelly Screen Used Sword from "Against All Flags" and "The Three Musketeers." Universal, 1952. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, 1948. A cup-hilted rapier with gold finished knuckle bow, crossguard, and pommel, tan suede-wrapped grip, and burgundy suede-wrapped scabbard, used on screen by Errol Flynn in the role of Brian Hawke in the 1952 swashbuckler "Against All Flags," where the sword can be seen in the wonderfully choreographed duel between Flynn's Hawke and Anthony Quinn's Captain Brasiliano; also used on screen by Gene Kelly as d'Artagnan in the 1948 adaptation of "The Three Musketeers." (Please note there is some warping and patina to the cup hilt, some scuffing / finish wear to the pommel, suede rubbed thin in spots, and looseness to the components.)
