A "Rambo: First Blood Part II" Legendary Commando Lile Hunting Knife with Scabbard. TriStar, 1985. 15 inches in overall length with a 10 inch clip-point blade with sawback. Left side of ricasso marked: LILE. Right side is marked: 6 OF 10 / RAMBO / THE MISSION MOVIE KNIFE. Steel blade guard with Philips and flathead screwdriver tips. Wrapped handle with base storage compartment. Screw-off top of knife handle contains miniature compass though it's partially damaged. Lanyard hole with leather strap. Contained in leather scabbard with sharpening tool. Backside of sheath reads: COREANO RAMBO in custom markings. Knife showing normal handling wear and noticeable storage wear to leather, overall an excellent piece; used prominently throughout the film by Stallone as "John Rambo."

"This is a very unique creation by Jimmy Lile, considered to be one of the great master knife-makers in American blade history. Interestingly, he made my knife for the first Rambo film, First Blood. We thought now that Rambo's going back into combat, let's make something that is more stealth so Jimmy came up with this configuration. Originally, he made the blade pure black which was too stealth, too difficult to see on film. So he redesigned it, buffed the edges so you could see the knife flash through the darkness, and it then became associated with the extraordinary fighting skills of Rambo himself."
