Description
Tomorrowland's Rocket Jets Disneyland Attraction Poster (Walt Disney Productions, 1967-1990s). Designed by Disney artist Ken Chapman, this poster invites Disneyland guests into the enchanting realm of yesteryear's Tomorrowland, where an iconic attraction known as the Rocket Jets awaits. This extraordinary attraction embodied the spirit of innovation, inspiring visitors to reach for the stars and embrace the boundless possibilities of the future. An architectural marvel, the Rocket Jets were a fusion of retro-futuristic design and imaginative engineering. This attraction opened in 1967 and remained in operation until it closed in 1997 for a Tomorrowland reboot. Chapman perfectly designed this original attraction poster which transports guests to celestial heights, defying gravity as they traverse the skies above Disneyland. Measures 36" X 54". Ken Chapman artwork. The poster has been loosely adhered to foam board with strips of archival tape on the verso and contains minor edge and corner wear, and a few small border tears. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.Auction Info
