That Hamilton Woman (United Artists, 1941), Linen-Backed One Sheet. Linen-backed one sheet with rich coloring for the 1941 United Artists production that was the only film Vivien Leigh (Emma Hamilton) and Laurence Olivier (Sir William Hamilton) made together while married. The picture is a historical romance set during the Napoleonic Wars that, more importantly, moonlighted as war propaganda for the Allies in their deepening involvement in World War II. To this end, the film is notable for being among Winston Churchill's favorites. Poster exhibits post-restoration water damage to the upper and lower right corners, paper separation from the linen to upper left, and small tearing to lower right. Coloring appears rich with some visible color loss to the upper left and scratches to the title plate. Rolled, measures 27.5" x 41". Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
