King Kong (RKO, R-1942), Original One Sheet Movie Poster. Vintage original one sheet movie poster for the 1942 re-release of King Kong, measuring 27" x 41". The poster depicts Fay Wray and others reacting in horror as King Kong looms over New York City in destruction. Serialized "42/267" on the lower border. Exhibits extreme signs of age and handling, including pinholes, soiling, significant separation along horizontal fold lines (including complete separation along the top horizontal/upper vertical fold), edge wear, and paper chipping. Additionally, there are many strips of archival tape and a strip of paper tape on the verso. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
